Dear Dr. Dave and Dr. Dee,

Do I need to send a thank you card or phone someone to say thanks if they send me a Christmas card. Or, is a reply card sufficient?

If you receive a Christmas card, then send one of your Christmas or holiday cards to them if you haven't already done so. There is no need to thank them with an extra card or phone call unless the card was extra special.
