Gloves Taken Off While Dining

Dear Dr. Dave and Dr. Dee,

I'd like to try wearing long gloves out to a dinner/dance that we are invited to. Do I take them off while dining or dancing?

Gloves of any kind should not be worn while dining. However, you can keep them on while dancing.
