We just had a catered luncheon for about 100 people. I was wondering if I should give a gratuity and if so, how much (10% or 15%)?

First, check the invoice and make sure the gratuity has not already been added to the bill. Caterers often add a 15-18% gratuity fee/service charge onto the bill either as part of the per person charge or to the total bill. If a gratuity was not added, then a 15-20% gratuity would be nice.
