Double Dipping Discourteous





Dear Dr. Dave and Dr. Dee,

I am having a party and would like to serve chips and dips. However, there are certain people in my husband's family that like to double dunk. It's gross. How do I handle this without offending them?

When appetizers are served, everyone should have their own small plate on which to place any dip, chips, crackers, cheese, nuts, etc. Have serving spoons for the dip and nuts. That should take care of any double-dipping.
