My best friend always seems to attract all the cute guys at school. She dates a different guy every month it seems. She bleached her hair blonde, wears lots of makeup, and is very flirty. Is this what I need to do to get noticed?

Note the type of guys your friend attracts. It seems your friend does not attract the right kind of guy, and the relationships don't last very long.

If you want to attract someone of substance, be yourself. It's not how you look, it's how you are. You don't need to change your hair color nor wear lots of makeup. Sensible, quality, and intelligent guys want someone who is real, a nice person, and someone with brains.

Don't be a flirt. A flirt may attract, but they cannot hold onto guys. Flirting is a rather flaky and silly way to act.
