Someone in my office said that in order to have a baby boy, eat lots of red meat. Is that true?

No it is not true that eating certain foods will increase the chances of having a baby boy or girl. There is no scientific evidence to support any particular method for increasing the odds of having a boy (or a girl), other than in vitro fertilization (test tube baby).
