My boyfriend has had a build up of cottage cheesy looking stuff inside his skin of his uncircumcised penis. What is this? Could we be passing it back and forth as I seem to have some once in awhile.

Your boyfriend's cheesy discharge is normal. It is skin oil secretion called smegma, which collects in the space underneath the foreskin.

Daily cleansing underneath the foreskin will prevent build-up of smegma. Simply pull back the foreskin and wash.

Smegma is not a disease and is not transmissible. If you have a cheesy vaginal discharge, then it might be a yeast infection. If you suspect a yeast infection, see a doctor for treatment.
