Pimples - How to Cover Up





Dear Dr. Dave and Dr. Dee,

I have some pimples on my face which I try to cover using both a concealer and foundation. But, I look like I'm trying to cover the bumps as my make-up looks heavy around the pimples, and the redness of the pimples still show through. Any suggestions on how to better hide my acne?

Dear Help,

Concealer or foundation applied on a pimple is done differently than you would apply it to your face. The key is to dab or pat the concealer and makeup onto the pimple. You should not look any more made over on the area of the pimple as anywhere else on your face, and the redness of the pimples should not show through.
