Lip Plumpers For Fuller Lips

Dear Dr. Dave and Dr. Dee,

I have skinny lips and would like to have fuller lips but do not want to inject my lips with collagen. Are there any lip plumper that actually works and plumps the lips? These lip plumpers cost a lot and would be too costly to experiment with all of them.
