Deck Bistro Set For Small Deck

Dear Dr. Dave and Dr. Dee,

We moved to an apartment with a very small deck off the living room area. Is there anything that we can do to make the deck more usable?

An outdoor bistro set would fit nicely on a small deck or patio. If you have a railing that could block your view, then buy tall deck chairs and a tall table.
